Describe:

WH-033 is a POLYETHER MODIFIED SILICONE OIL softener. It is suitable for resin modification and leather surface sizing. It has excellent cell adjustment ability. After drying, it can improve the thickness and protein like handle.After drying, it can increase the springback and improve the softness of leather.

Physicochemical parameters:

Ingredient: polyether modified silicone

Appearance: yellowish transparent or turbid liquid

Solid content: 95% ± 2

Characteristic:

The softness of leather was greatly improved by adding it to dry and wet PU slurry;

Excellent cell adjustment ability;

It is used for resin modification to produce protein like handle resin with high springback and reduce the amount of softener added in subsequent surface layer slurry.

Application:

It is suitable for dry and wet synthetic leather surface slurry or PU resin modification.

Recommended dosage: Relative to 2% - 5% of total resin

200kg barrels.

Shelf life: 24 months at 25°C.
