The material powder particles achieve annular fluidization in the container. After preheating and mixing with purified heated air, binder solution is atomized and sprayed, causing particles to aggregate into binder-containing agglomerates. Continuous hot air drying evaporates moisture from agglomerates, solidifying the binder and forming ideal uniform microporous spherical particles through repeated cycles.
