Working Principle
The hollow blade paddle dryer operates as a conductive heat transfer and low-speed mixing dryer. The system features an internal cylinder jacket and hollow blades mounted on a hollow shaft. When heat carrier enters the system, wet materials are thoroughly mixed by the paddles, enabling complete heat exchange between the cylinder and stirring blade hot surfaces, resulting in efficient material drying.
Applications
Suitable for various paste, granular, and powder materials with good thermal stability. Also ideal for drying heat-sensitive materials and solvent recovery applications. Compatible with multiple heating media including steam, hot water, and hot air.
