The rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening equipment, widely used in various industries such as chemical engineering and food.

Working principle

The motor drives the two eccentric blocks to rotate, generating centrifugal force; this centrifugal force is converted into vibration energy, which is transmitted to the sieve box through the spring shock absorption system; the sieve box produces three-dimensional vibrations (horizontal, vertical, and inclined); the materials perform a throwing and rotating motion on the sieve surface, with fine particles passing through the sieve and coarse particles being discharged, thus completing the separation.
