Technical Parameters

The crushed materials fall between two rollers through the feeding port for crushing, and the finished materials fall naturally. In case of hard or unbreakable objects, the roller can automatically retreat by the action of a hydraulic cylinder or spring, so that the gap between the rollers will increase, and the hard or unbreakable objects will fall, thereby protecting the machine from damage. There is a certain gap between the two opposite rotating rollers. By changing the gap, the maximum discharge size of the product can be controlled. The roller crusher uses a pair of oppositely rotating round rollers, while the four-roller crusher uses two pairs of oppositely rotating round rollers for crushing operations.
Working principle

Installation and Debugging

1. The roller crusher should not be placed in a place where there is no ventilation and easy to rust for a long time. It can be installed on a concrete foundation or on the floor of a building.

2. In order to better bear the uneven force produced by the machine in operation, the wooden strips are placed under the underframe to make the whole machine fit with the wooden slats. The number of wooden strips and general section can be found on the layout drawing of the roller stone crusher, and can also be selected according to the specific installation conditions.
