Miconvey ultrasonic surgical syetem can be used in the tissue separation, excision and hemostasis of endoscopic surgery such as abdominal surgery, thoracic surgery, gynecology,urology, and pediatrics,etc.The ultrasonic surgical system consists of ultrasonic harmonic scalpel , hand piece and generator. The scalpel has multiple functions, the head part can be used for hemostasis ,blunt surface on one side can be used to achieve the best hemostasis andcoagulation function, while has the function of cutting the tissue, the sharp surface on the top has the function of cutting and rapidly separating the tissue.The scalpel also has a gripping function.

Using steps:

Note: The jaw must be closed before the instrument is inserted into the trocar. lt can be achieved by closing the closing trigger.

1. Insert the ultrasonic scalpel into the proper trocar, or insert it into the trocar in larger size by the transverter;

2. Open the jaw when the ultrasonic scalpel is inserted into the body cavity completely;

3. The instrument rod can be rotated for 360°. Adjust the tip into the optimized position byusing the rotating head;

4. Put the tissue to be cut into the instrument jaw, ensure there is no obstacles orany other metal parts in the jaw, the cutting length can not exceed the length ofthe tip exposed outside, and the cutting can be         divided into several times if it is too long;

5. Hold the closing trigger tightly to close the jaw with the tissue to be cut until thetissue is cut, the force should be moderate, otherwise the generator will issue awarning signal,and stop the output;

6. After finishing the cutting, stop the output, open the jaw, and carefully removethe instrument. Check the suture bleeding status, if bleeding, hand-suture orelectrical cautery need to be used to stop the bleeding;

7. Close the instrument jaw, remove the instrument from the trocar.
