1. Characteristics of Product

Cosmonate LL is made by turning part of Cosmonate PH, which is a crystal solid in room temperature, into carbodiimide. In room temperature, it stays as low temperature liquid and is excellent in transparency especially when applied for special coating sectors. It is a light-yellow modified MDI developed to be handed and used conveniently.

2. Product Application

Cosmonate LL: Since some structure of product has harder imide bond than urethane bond, it has strong durability and inner hydrolysis, and uses small amount to improve property of matter since it has good mechanical intensity. Also, it is used to improve safety of final product in low temperature since it has superb effect on improving common nature of free NCO Group and polyol in manufacturing prepolymer. Cosmonate LL is widely used in many different field due to its effect explained above. And the field that cosmonate LL is used in are as followed: vehicle interior material such as steering wheel, air bag cover, water proof floor material to make prepolymer, shoes, in out sole field and adhesive.
