PU Scraper For Mining Shore A90 PPG TDI Based Polyurethane

Polyurethane is used extensively in the manufacture of many items for the mining and quarrying industry. Items like conveyor belt scrapers, linings, wear strips, impact bars, scraper blades, and chutes are all common purchases.

These polyurethane products are widely utilised for their abrasion and impact resistant qualities.

1. Application: It can be used to make rods, caster wheels, rollers, Sealing rings, sieve plates and other polyurethane elastomers.

2. Characteristics: The end products have good abrasion resistance, Water resistance, germ proof, excellent mechanical properties, color regulating by adding pigment.

3. Operating Points: After the performed polymer vacuum degassing in 80～85℃, blending with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, casting, vulcanization moulding. It is apply to manual or casting machine.

4. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place,If you can’t use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then sealing it. The storage time of original packing is 6 month.

5. Packing: 20Kg/drum or 200Kg/drum
