Working principle of Automatic External Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter

liquid enters the filter body frominlet and flows through the filter element fromoutside to inside. Impurity is collected on theexternal surface of the wedge wire element. Thereducer motor drives scraper blade to remove the

impurity continously. Cleaning takes place withoutinterruption to flow by the rotation of the element against fixed scraper blades. The impurityaccumulated during rotation is deposited into thebottom of the filter body from where it can beperiodically discharged automatically via the drainoutlet.
