Working Principle & Applications
  • Operating Principle: Cooled water is injected into a pressurized container with carbon dioxide gas, where low-temperature water dissolves CO2 in amounts inversely proportional to temperature and directly proportional to pressure
  • Product Applications: Suitable for all carbonated beverage production including lemon soda, cola, juice drinks, wine, sparkling wine, and other soda beverages requiring carbonation and proportional mixing
Production Process Flow
  • Water Inlet: Cold water passes through filter, pump, and check valve into pre-carbonation tank for initial CO2 mixing and oxygen displacement to extend beverage shelf life
  • Syrup Feeding: Chilled syrup flows through filter, syrup pump, and check valve into syrup tank with automatic level control via float controller
  • Carbonation Pump Inlet: Pre-carbonated water and syrup enter through proportional control valves, maintaining constant ratio for uniform initial mixing
  • Carbonation Pump Outlet: Proportionally mixed sugar-water solution is pressurized and directed through static mixer to storage tank, ensuring complete CO2 dissolution
