LY-485C-PK is composed by visual positioning module and four-side wrapping module. It's suitable for the production of all types of book shape case (such as mobile phone boxes, confectionery boxes, Tea boxes, cosmetics boxes) hardcover bookcase, notebook covers, desk calendars, folders, etc.

1. Includes 2 independent modules, which can be assembled or disassembled for the different production demands;
2. Multi-functional positioning module: applicable for the positioning of box, case & lining;
3. Can be equipped with box forming module for the production of rigid boxes;
4. Adopts the technology of two industrial cameras with 5 megapixels, and YAMAHA robot arm to position, high positioning accuracy (±0.1mm);
5. High-speed production speed up to 20-30pcs/min;
6. Less setting time due to independent HMI control system;
7. Mainframe module can be adjusted to position rigid box with the accuracy of ± 0.1mm;
8. Option Device: can be matched with edge mounting machine, splicing board box making machine, and pneumatic machine. It can be infinitely extended to produce different kinds of products.
