2. Packing& Shipping

From the hot forming elbow machine production process , the carbon steel elbow surface is very smooth and no wrinkle the thickness of the carbon steel elbow . According to the heating function, we have high frequency heating system and medium frequency heating system . We also have fire heating function . According to the client requirement ,we can choose the heating function accordingly. For the induction heating of the hot forming elbow machine ,we need the heating coil and the heating coil is made from copper.

Hot forming elbow machine can produce different standard according the orders and different standard need different mandrel for production. And there are some special requirement for the beveling on the finished elbows. Mandrel elbow making machine also belongs to the hydraulic machine which use the hydraulic pushing press to make the the raw material pipe go forwards by the two hydraulic cylinder on the backside and the two cylinder connect with the oil box for the input and output the hydraulic oil.
