This Slipper Making Machine is an automated machine that produces elastic non-woven slippers. It is suitable for use in hospitals, hotels, spas and other places. Utilizing ultrasonic technology and automatic control components, the machine is able to produce slippers quickly and efficiently, while also allowing for customization of the size, shape and patterns. It is an affordable and efficient way to produce high quality slippers.
1. Utilizing an ultrasonic and special steel roller, the machine can sew without thread or heating.
2. With a separate steel cutting mould, the life of the machine is ten times longer than the traditional model, creating a more flat and beautiful finish with no wrinkles.
3. By incorporating auto ultrasonic attach function, the machine is more efficient and easy to operate.
4. The slipper size (L*W) is 285*110mm, and other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
5. Featuring an auto counting function, the machine will automatically stop once the preset production number is reached.
6. The machine is equipped with two fabric feeding rolls, and the tension of each roll can be adjusted separately.
7. It is suitable for PP nonwoven fabric, Hotair/Airthrough nonwoven, SAP paper, and SS hydrophilic nonwoven, etc.
