API 7-1 Heavy Weight Drill Pipe HWDP - 3.5" to 6.625" OD with 758 MPa Yield Strength
API 7-1 compliant heavy weight drill pipe manufactured from AISI 4142H-4145H modified drill collar material. Features integral spiral design for stress reduction, higher RPM capability, and improved directional drilling performance. Available in sizes from 3.5" to 6.625" OD with minimum yield strength of 758 MPa (110,000 PSI) and tensile strength of 965 MPa (140,000 PSI).
Integral spiral heavy weight drill pipe manufactured according to SY/T 5146-1997 standard using AISI 4142H-4145H modified drill collar material. Designed to provide gradual transition between heavy drill collars and standard drill pipe, reducing stress concentration and improving drilling efficiency.
