Introduction
The solder paste check right machine, also known as the solder paste warming and aging machine, is equipped with a timer that enables precise control over the warm-up duration of the solder paste. This eliminates the need for manual timing after retrieving the solder paste from refrigerated storage and bringing it to ambient temperature. It is an efficient way to manage solder paste temperature, preserve its activity, ensure printing quality, streamline production planning, and ultimately enhance overall production efficiency.
Features
1.Each solder paste placement slot in the tank features an individual LED display time controller. After setting the time, the slot securely holds the solder paste and automatically submerges it. Upon reaching the set time, the slot automatically releases the paste.
2.The machine incorporates a FIFO (First In, First Out) function for efficient paste management.
3.In case of a power outage before the set time is reached, the machine automatically ejects the solder paste bottle to ensure safety and minimize waste.
4.The machine also has an automatic alarm system that sounds when the set time is up. Additionally, an emergency stop button is available for immediate safety measures, enhancing ease of operation and security.
