Main structure of machine:
1. BZX2800 type Semi-auto gluer compose of main form and two small
conveyer.
2. Main form including form, up and down working table. forepart feeding
section, forepart proofread section, middle transportation section. middlepress section, side carton delivery section, electric control system.
3. The machine adopts name brand import electric spare parts, Siemenselectric, OMROPN photoelectricity switch, Japan TOKY counter,Taiwan meanwell' electric power Supply. Gluer head adopt special alloymaterial,antiacid- -base to keeping the gluer head for long life Main motorsadopts Taiwan Chengbond motor.

Working principle:
Put the prepared glue into gluer bucket,press each switch button,when everything is in order,turn on the switch below gluer bucket,enable the glue successfully into the head of gluer,then well remove carton,so one side of the carton can be well-distributed glue when across bottom of the head gluer while the other side of carton can be firmly joint together after middle press- roll pressing.

Installation and test:
1. fix the machine,adjust the screws of four corners,update balance and well fix screws.
2. go through the power line(380v pressure)together with paper conveyor,then lock up screws.
3. test at entire machine,press the switch on the front, middle and paper conveyor belt.if the conveyor belt would move normally beginning to end,it says the running direction of conveyor belt is all right.otherwise,it’s best to update power to change running direction.
