Description

This 4 wires paper making machine are designed and produced by our company specially to produce coated duplex board paper. It can produce paper of 180-400g/m2. High quality two sides coating. 

This machine is composed of 4ply wire forming section, top wire forming section, pressing section, dryer section, sizing section, transmission section, coating section, base section, steam hood, pope reel and so on.

This coated duplex board paper making machines adopts 4ply wires with top former. It's equiped with high level and famous brand air cushion headbox.

Equipment gurantee period

Quality assurance time for all mechanical equipment of this machine: 12 months after normal operation; bearing and cots quality assurance time: 6 months after normal operation. During the quality assurance time, any equipment quality accidents caused by non-operational errors shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Shaft fracture warranty for 3 years.

The warranty period begins from the normal operation date of the paper machine. If there is a failure during the warranty period, the supplier personnel will deal with it in a timely manner. When submitting the equipment, the supplier will provide the general assembly drawing, basic drawing, transmission drawing and so on of the paper machine. After the completion of the project, if there are any changes, and then provide the corresponding change documents.
