Description of spray pipes

There are 8sets high pressure spray pipe in wire section of this duplex board making line. The pipe is made of stainless steel. Reciprocating movement type, spray pipe is made of Φ108, 304 stainless steel. Nozzle is stainless steel needle shape, diameter Φ1.0mm. Spray pipe adopts 1.1kw water proof motor (IP55), electric reciprocating movement. Nozzle space is 100mm. Suitable water pressure is 2.0-4.0Mpa.
