Product Description
Bottom Feed High Speed Slitting Rewinding Machine
This industrial slitting rewinding machine is engineered for high-speed processing of narrow paper rolls, featuring advanced automation and precision cutting capabilities for optimal production efficiency.
Machine Overview
Designed as a two-roll upper feed rewinding system without axle, this machine processes jumbo paper rolls from paper making machines, slitting them into specific widths and diameters while removing defective paper sections. The pneumatic braking system maintains consistent paper tension throughout the operation.
Key Functions & Features
- Stable unwinding system ensuring consistent reeling quality
- Uniform paper roll surface finishing
- Digital control units for precise operation
- Uniform slitting with high-tightness rolls
- Easy-to-operate interface and controls
- Automatic meter counting and length/quantity setting
- Photoelectric automatic correction for unwinding control
- Compact structure with fast operational speed

Operational Process
Paper rolls are transferred from the reeling machine to the unreeling stand, where pneumatic braking maintains proper tension. Paper is guided downward through release and guide rolls, then slit through the cutting system before being wound onto paper tubes driven by front back-up rollers.
