The soft gelatin encapsulation process begins with prepared rubber entering the gap between rolling molds from both sides. Medicine is injected through the conduit into the wedge-shaped spray body via the feeding pump. Under pressure, both medicine and rubber are pressed into the rolling mold grooves. As the molds continuously rotate, two rubber strips form semi-defined shapes that encapsulate the medicine within the rubber film. Excess rubber is trimmed and separated into a mesh pattern.
