Production description of MG Sand Vibrating Screen:

MG linear sand vibrating screen use the motor as vibrating source, the material can be thrown up in screen surface and moved in the straight at the same time, which was discharged from different discharge port. Linear vibrating screen mainly consists of t he eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor and supportive. Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then lead the screen box to do circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the material in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realize the purpose of classifying.

1.MG linear vibration screen (vibrating sieve, sifter machine) is suitable for screening all of dry material(from 0.074mm to 20mm) or mesh size(from 2-600mesh)

2.It supports at most 6 layers. But 2/3 layers at most is highly recommended.

3.The dimension size and voltage are both supported to be customized. The voltage is supported to be customized. 220/240/380/415/450V are all available. 50 or 60HZ.

4.The largest screening area can arrive to 2000mm*3000mm.

5.The motors is installed below screening box.

6.In general, its inclined angle is 0~10°.

7. With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
