Multi-purpose Semiautomatic Ribbon Pasting Machine adopts ball screw drive, the alignment accuracy error is ±0.05mm, and the jack action is interspersed by imitating manual action to ensure that the integrity of the ribbon is not deformed. The longest ribbon is folded in half and left on the gray plate (box) with a length of 60㎜ and a minimum of 10mm. Ribbon length adjustment using step digital adjustment, accurate control of ribbon length (increase optical fiber and vision) can accurately complete the ribbon trademark and LOGO product gluing. This machine can paste flat ribbon and insert ribbon in drawer boxes.

The whole machine adopts Xinjie plc control system, and the accessories adopt fine grinding processing technology. The hot glue spraying system is a 2-liter soluble glue spraying system independently developed by our company according to the small amount of glue used in the ribbon process and the especially large pressure. It can reduce a series of problems such as aging impurities of pressure sensitive adhesive, and the spray gun can complete 1200 spray speeds per minute with a high-speed gun. With high-frequency solenoid valve (200+ times per second injection) can accurately control the glue. After-sales service is guaranteed, and it is truly multi-functional for customers to buy it.
