This machine promotes the deterioration of vulcanite and calculates the change rate of tensile strength and elongation. A forced hot air circulation control system ensures uniform temperature distribution.

Working Principle

The internal mixer operates with two rotors rotating relative to each other, feeding materials into the roll gap where they undergo squeezing and shearing. Materials cycle around the rotor, experiencing shear and friction that raises temperature, reduces viscosity, and enhances wettability. Compounding agents are sheared and broken through gaps, while rotor convex edges provide axial movement for thorough mixing. This process ensures even dispersion of compounding agents in the rubber material.
