The Toaster Switch Durability Tester is a specialized testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the requirements of IEC60335-2-9:19.101, GB4701-14:19.101, and other standards. It is specifically engineered for toaster switch durability testing and offers advantages of simplicity, accuracy, and practicality.
Toasters (bread toasters) are tested according to the following protocol:
- Testing at rated input power under normal operating conditions for 6 cycles without bread
- Cooling to room temperature followed by repeating the previous dynamic test 500 times
- After testing, toasters must be able to continue working without apparent deformation
- Repeating the previous action for a total of 500 times
