Product Features
  • Can transport high concentration, high viscosity (
  • The conveying liquid flow is stable, without overflow, pulsation, stirring, and shearing of the slurry
  • The discharge pressure is independent of the speed, and a low flow rate can maintain a high discharge pressure
  • The flow rate is directly proportional to the speed, and flow regulation can be achieved through a variable speed mechanism or a speed regulating motor
  • Strong self suction ability, can directly suck liquid without the need for a bottom valve
  • The pump is reversible, and the direction of liquid flow is changed by the rotation direction of the pump, suitable for situations where pipelines require reverse flushing
  • Smooth operation, low vibration and noise
  • Simple structure, easy disassembly and maintenance
Historical Development
Drilling with mud pumps has a history of over 100 years. The function of early mud pumps was to circulate mud, cool the bottom of the well, carry rock cuttings, and form mud cakes on the wellbore wall. In the late 1940s, jet drilling and later downhole power drilling were adopted, which used the erosion force of high-pressure mud to assist in breaking rocks and accelerating drilling speed. The power of mud was used to drive downhole turbine drilling tools to rotate drilling, thereby expanding the function and use of mud pumps.
