Heating System

Temperature data collected by thermocouples is processed by PLC systems to regulate heating tube output. 304 stainless steel electric heating tubes provide rapid heating with extended service life. Temperature fans and circulation boards ensure uniform heat distribution throughout the tank.
Cooling System
Water cooling methodology enables precise temperature control. Thermocouple-collected temperature data is transmitted to the PLC control system, which regulates variable frequency cooling pumps and high-temperature fan circulation rates according to user process requirements.
