Its structure is composed of pay-off stand, stranding cage, die holder, wrapping bobbin, meter counter, tractor device and electric appliance controller etc. This machine adopts PLC program control, use frequency conversion motor controller makes output shaft speed constant. With hydraulic brake and electromagnet braking when machine is stopping, so as to achieve steady and quickly stop. Take up and traverse wire device adopts torque motor. Torque motor starts operating before main stranding cage starts running. Conversely, torque motor stops after stranding cage stops so as to to meet the requirement of cable manufacturing process.
