Main features:

This machine is automatically controlled by PLC and operated on touch screen human machine friendly interface. The continuous ultrasonic welding technology, continuous card feed and film sending are adopted, featuring fast speed, low noise, low air consumption and clear weld pattern.

Applicable to pack common card.

I. Incorporating film sending, card sending, packing material separating and material collection;

II. Applicable for packing standard paper cards and PVC card over 0.25mm;

III. Adopt hot pressed and pressure-pressed technology which ensures fast speed and firm welding;

IV. Single card packing or multiple card packing function and card collecting quantity can be set;

V. Welding with double mould, changing of mould is easy, and the size of the packing bag is adjustable;

VI. CCD visual inspection system can be added as per the needs of customers to inspect the card serial number, barcode, 2D barcode to inspect.
