Printing is a hydrodynamic-based process that can be held over and over again to apply a fixed amount of material (solder paste or glue) to the surface of the PCB

In general, printing is a very simple process. The PCB is kept at a certain distance or in full contact with the steel plate or the wire mesh.

The material flows under the action of the blade and flows over the surface of the steel plate or the wire mesh, and fills the upper surface of the cutting plate. So that the material sticks to the surface of the PCB, and finally separates the PCB from the screen or steel plate, leaving an image of the material on the PCB.

In the solder paste printing process, the substrate is placed on a table and clamped by mechanical or vacuum.
