2. Function description
2.1 Built-in IPC, Linux operating system, professional software, support English software
2.2 Standard equipped with 1D and 2D barcode scanning function. (optional equipped with USB port on the barcode scanner)
2.3 Enclosed protecting cover around the test bench, sliding cover to start the test
2.4 Externally equipped with red, green and yellow three-color alarm indicating light.
2.5 Temperature compensation function, test the real temperature and correct the resistance to the value under standard temperature.
2.6 Left station and right station works alternatively.
3. Software function description
3.1 The test item can be selected to test as the three-phase motor stator required.
3.2 Statistics data: test interface display the tested statistics data in a column statistics graph. And the testing data can be exported via USB port.
3.3 Available selected motor model ≥1000.
3.4 The parameters range for each type of motor can be entered and saved. The resistance test has the function of setting and displaying the unbalanced degree.
3.5 Two options are available if the stator fails the test, “continue to test” and “stop the test”. If the stator fails the resistance test, the test will be stopped until testing the other three windings.
3.6 All the testing result will be saved in the data base.
