This two-component epoxy resin tooling paste is formulated for high dimensional accuracy in mold manufacturing applications. Available in 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg packaging options, this beige-colored material offers excellent machining performance with maximum layer thickness of 40mm.

Application Process

Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved. Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubbles. Apply in layers not exceeding 40mm thickness. Allow proper curing (80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature) before machining. Use release agents for metal and composite structures.
