Application : PT-Y2000 Digital display Compression Testing Machine mainly used for brick, stone, cement, concrete and other building materials, compressive strength test,also used to test the compressive performance of other materials.

Machine Features :
It adopts the structure form that the main engine and the hydraulic system are integrated together, the structure is compact, small and exquisite.Hydraulic loading, electronic force measurement, with load rate display, peak value maintenance and other functions, and equipped with a micro-printer.

Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high-pressure pump into the oil pipeline through the motor, flows through the return valve and enters the oil cylinder.The force measurement instrument collects and analyzes data through the sensor to display the real-time force value. The tester controls the flow rate through the oil delivery valve to realize the speed of the test force rate.

Force Measurement Control System

1. Manually adjust back to the oil valve, concise and flexible operation;
2. Maximum peak load ;
3. Loading rate dynamic display .
4. Test date, number, failure load and compressive strength test report.

Safety Protection Device :
When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, overload protection will stop the oil pump motor.
