Application Scope
The sintering ignition furnace consists of mechanical structure, combustion system, and control system. Primarily used for sintering ignition in iron and steel plants, it is widely applicable to various gas and liquid fuels including blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, producer gas, mixed gas, heavy oil, and other fuels. We design various burner types to ensure roasting requirements based on the fuel provided by users.

- Individual nozzle installation for easy maintenance and replacement
- Short flame nozzle with low furnace body (400-500mm) and cover type furnace mouth reduces flame spraying and heat loss
- Improves ignition intensity while reducing furnace body weight
- Air and gas adjustment with main valve at inlet and adjusting valve at small nozzle inlet
- Allows adjustment of heating supply capacity and ignition evenness during initial production and abnormal conditions
