132KV Mobile Transformer Substation / Distribution Movable Power Substation

General:

Ningbo Tianan (Group) Co., Ltd. developed the prefabricated mobile substation (hereinafter named vehicle-borne substation for short) successfully by itself according to situation of international and domestic, so that fill up the blank in domestic.

This substation is mainly used for replacing totally or partially for one regular substation immediately in urgent condition and recover to supply power; it can be put into operation in high load season or time to dissolve the problem of lacking supplied power capacity in one zone; in some zones where the need of electric power is rising and exceed advance electric power construction layout, the substation can be put into operation as temporary substation to dissolve lack of electric power; and also to the zone of breaking off permanent substation construction plan because of fund shortage or other reasons. Vehicle-borne substation features of convenient transport, perfect equipment, agile and reliable, save the found for takeover of land, civil work and installation of equipment at one time and improve the reliability of supplying power in electric power system.

Service condition:

1 Ambient condition

a. Altitude ≤ 1000m；

b. Ambient temperature

Range of temperature: -25℃～+40℃；

c. Wind speed (outdoor) ≤ 35m/s；

d. Relative humidity ≤ 90%(+25℃)；

e. Installation spot

The place shall have no fire, explosion, chemical corrosion and exquisite vibration.

2 Move condition of the substation

a. Max. speed ≤ 30km/h,when road surface is flat；

b. Max. speed ≤ 10km/h, when road surface is not flat.

Note: If the above condition can’t satisfy requirements, customer can consult with manufacturer to resolve it.
