This fully automatic, user-friendly system granulates clean post-industrial waste and washed plastics in a single step. The integrated built-in agglomeration system processes film-form industrial waste directly without additional processing steps.

This production line efficiently granulates PE, PP, PS, and ABS clean industrial scraps or wasted and dried plastics in film, rigid, or foam form. Size reduction is achieved through granulators or shredders selected based on material form, dimensions, and line capacity requirements.

Melt filters utilize special screens to remove contaminants (sand, metal, different plastics) from the melt, ensuring high granule quality. Constructed from special alloy steel suitable for high pressure and temperature applications, these filters feature PTA hard welding for enhanced durability. Available in single plate and double plate models for manual operation, with automatic filters featuring self-cleaning "backflush" systems that operate with minimum melt loss at maximum capacity. Filter plates are powered by hydraulic systems and nitrogen gas, with special insulated heaters and precise temperature control for optimal output quality.

Pelletizers cut plastic melt into granular form, with hot granules cooled externally in water tanks and dewatered in integrated centrifuges. Optional blower systems can transfer granules to storage silos. Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, with pelletizing blades and dies made from special alloy steels and coatings tailored to specific plastic types. Mobile components minimize maintenance periods, while speed control enables granule size adjustment during operation.
