BONDED POLYESTER THREAD 420D/3(EX-BONDED OR IN-BONDED)

Bonded Polyester is constructed from twisting two or three piles of continuous filament polyester fibres. This is then treated with liquid resin, cured and lubricated. The bonding prevents fraying and untwisting at a cut end and protects the thread from abrasion and heat damage in high speed sewing operations. Both Ex-Bonded and In-Bonded is available.
