Nylon Bonded Thread for Sewing

Bonded Nylon Thread is constructed from twisting two or three piles of continuous filament nylon fibres. This is then treated with liquid resin, cured and lubricated. The bonding prevents fraying and untwisting at a cut end and protects the thread from abrasion and heat damage in high speed sewing operations. Both Ex-Bonded and In-Bonded is available.
