High concentration Hydrapulper

Ⅰ. Overview The high concentration Hydrapulper is the indispensable equipment for wastepaper deinking and pulping. It is used to break the waste paper into pulp and generate drastic friction force between the pulp fiber and rotor to scale the printing ink from the fiber surface through chemical function and regenerate the pulp consequently. The rotor of this unit is multi-head helical blade rotor having strong paper scraping function. The working concentration is 15% - 18%.
