Multi-function double shaft mixer 

Main Components:

A double-shaft clay mixer is mainly composed of cabinet, spiral axes assembly, driving system, accessory tubes, cover, and chain’s shade. The details and the features are as follow:

1. The cabinet is made of plates and fashioned iron. It is welded in the factory and is assembled into a mixer together with other parts. The cabinet is the support of the mixer. It is well sealed to prevent the ash from fleeing and flying.

2. The spiral axes assembly is the main part of the mixer. The assembly is composed of spiral axes, bearing seat, bearing bush, bearing cover, gears, sprockets, oil cup, vanes, etc. The axis needs strict cooperation with the bearing seat, bearing bush, and bearing cover. So it is made highly accurately and with good craft. The vanes are made of wear-resistant materials, and have simple but rational designed structure. So they are durable and easy to be replaced by new ones after being worn.

3. Moisture adjuster is composed of tubes, contacts, and nozzles. The nozzles are made of stainless

atomizer, and are simple structured and easy to be replaced. The stainless steel is erosion-proof and thus is durable. The function of this system is to spray water into the materials so that the materials can be better homogenized.

4. Driving System contains of motor, decelerator and shaft coupling. This system provides power for the whole machine.

Working Principle:

When certain amounts of materials go into the mixing tank, the atomized water is sprayed to the raw materials. The mixing axes mix the materials and make them into loose material powders. The mixing procedure can be divided into three phases: atomizing, mixing and discharging. The processed materials are sent into the extruder then.
