3 Steel Grade: N80-1/Q ( Sometimes impact test should be done under -20 degree if necessary.)

Chemical Composition: C: 0.34-0.38 Si: 0.2-0.35 Mn: 1.45-1.70 P: <=0.020 S<=0.015 Cr: <=0.15 V: 0.11-0.16 Als:<=0.020

Mechanical Properties: Yield Strength: 552-758Mpa Tensile Strength: >=689Mpa

4 Length: R3 ( or required such as 9-12m)

5 End: Plain

6 Surface of pipe body: bare, no black vanish

7 Marking: as per API 5CT or customer’s request

8 Packing: in bundles with steel strips, 3MT/BUNDLE

9 TPI: Third Party Inspection can be done before shipment and testing costs will be in seller’s account.

10 Extra Technical Processing: 2 drilling holes will be given on one of the pipe ends. The distance

between these 2 holes is the diameter of the pipe. More importantly, these 2 holes must be symmetrical.
