• Adopts electronic digital circuit technology.

• Possesses the function of separate spot welding, industrial computer program control. Lots of program segments, the execution time of single program and the interval between each program is adjustable. 

• It is able to control the welding time and energy correctly and finish automatic lock of piston ring. Every cylinder presses down to conduct actions like welding and separate spot welding or pushing the ring, etc. at the same time. 

• The welding power source is 50KVA-300KVA. After changing the inner mould and adjusting external cylinder and angles of welding heads, this machine could weld different kinds and different diameters of filter bag frame. 

• This machine is composed of main welder and microcomputer control cabinet. 

• Adopt single-phase secondary rectifying and three-phase secondary rectifying power source.

Applicable Area

Welding of preciptator skeleton of various diameters of wire rod and other shap of  components. Widely applied to industries like bag filtern manufacturing factory and electricity, building material coal, metallurgy, chemical engineering, environmental protection, produce workshop filter,ect.
