Auto Starch Packaging Machine/ Corn Starch Bagging Machine

This machine are special design for the powder with air inside , like corn starch; some chemical powder etc. 

As the powder itself has air, when the powder fill into bags, the bag cannot stand on the conveyor stable and sometimes cannot fill enough into bags, so it need to suck the air in the bag first, then go to sewing step. After the air be substracted , the bags are more easily to be stacked.

The gross weighing type of the machine , we design two types--- single spout and dual spout. 

Basic technical parameters as blow:

1. Package weight : 10-50kg/bag

2. Package capacity: 100-120bags/hour for single spout ; 150-240bags/hour for dual spout.

3. Request compressed air : >0.6Mpa, 10m3/hour

4. Powder : 220V 80W; 380V 6kW-10kW
