Description
1. Pulling length can be adjusted. Mold is located by located groove so that it's easy to change mold. The
machine heats the PVC through conduction and forms it through pressing and frothing.
2. The material is fed automatically. The mold and feeder can be designed as user's requirements.
3. The heating molds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material from heated moulds.
4. The machine comes with Perforation embossing, batch number embossing and wasted material rewinding.
5. Air Clip forward and backward cycling running for pulling the packing material.
6. Speed is controlled by inverter while operation on touch panel.
PACKAGE
- The machine will not be shaking in transport with wooden fixed.
- The machine will not be affected with damp in transport with packed with PE plastic bags.
- Easy shaking station will fixed with hard rope.
- Long machine will packed separatly.
- If there are strict requirements, chassis can use iron girders.
