The wallpaper embossing steel roller is purpose-built for large-format, continuous embossing of wallpaper, decorative paper and wall covering materials. Produced from 45# seamless steel pipe or alloy steel, the roller body undergoes comprehensive processing including welding, stress relief, tempering, quenching and precision grinding before a seamless, continuous repeat pattern is applied by laser engraving.

Large diameters up to 800 mm and face lengths up to 4000 mm accommodate wide-format production lines. The seamless repeat design eliminates visible joins and mismatched edges, ensuring every run produces a clean, uninterrupted pattern with stable depth and registration across the entire web width.
