Double-Vertical Rings High Gradient Electric Magnetic Separator WD2000 is ISO and CE certified machine for minerals process. Featured with high performance, low cost and energy saving, it is an ideal magnetic separation machine.

Scope of Application

1. Ferrous minerals: Upgrade hematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, ilmenite, manganese, etc.

2. Recycle iron from weak magnetic tailings, bauxite residues after Bayer process, waste water of steel or power plant, etc.

Why use ZT separator to upgrade hematite, ilmenite, limonite, etc?

1. Feebly magnetic minerals, such as hematite and ilmenite, are low magnetism, which are difficcult to be upgraded by permanent magnetic separator with low magnetic intensity. ZT separator is high intensity, up to 12000 gauss. In addition, the matrix structure generates high gradient (Max. 30000 gauss), making higher capture of mineral particles.

2. Minerals with different magnetism embedded together, such as hematite and limonite. To extract useful minerals, the mineral ores shall be crushed and ground to fine powders. That makes trouble for low intensity separator or dry magnetic separator to capturer the useful magnetic minerals. DLS separator is wet magnetic separation, and it is suitable for fine powders. With adjustable intensity, the separator is applicable to various minerals with different magnetism.

3. Magnetic impurities in feldspar, quartz, or silica sands usually are feebly magnetic minerals, such as ilmenite, toumaline, chlorite, etc. Very small quantity of these materials will impact the quality of feldspar or quartz a lot. ZT separator will minimize the impurities and improve the value of the useful minerals.

4. Besides, ZT separator features high capacity, easy operation and low maintenance.
