Raw ore undergoes primary crushing via jaw crusher to achieve optimal granularity. The material is then uniformly fed into the ball grinding mill using elevator and feeder systems for further size reduction.
Following grinding, the ore undergoes classification in a spiral classifier, separating particles based on specific gravity differences. The classified mineral mixture proceeds to the magnetic separator, where magnetic materials are effectively separated based on susceptibility variations.
The processed mineral grains advance to the floatation machine, producing wet concentrate. Through concentration and drying processes, clients receive high-quality dry mineral materials ready for industrial applications.
