Production Line Operation
Pulping System
Converts clean virgin paper into pulp of specific consistency using hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water systems, pumps, and agitators.
Forming System
Pulp is transferred to forming machine where vacuum and compressed air create products on custom molds.
Drying System
Transfer molds automatically move to hot press molds for integrated forming, drying, and hot-press shaping with electric or thermo oil heating.
