The RW-DC 350/2000 model combines robotic welding and CNC plasma cutting functions for efficient light pole manufacturing. This integrated system handles base plate welding and door cutting operations in a single setup.

Applications

Designed specifically for light pole base plate welding production, this system features real-time communication between robot and welding power source to ensure high-quality welding seams across different positions. The machine automatically welds inner and outer circumferential seams of pole base plates, followed by reinforcing rib welding.

The integrated CNC door cutting function supports conical, round, and octagonal light poles. Capable of cutting circles, squares, rectangles, ellipses, and any computer-designed shapes using automatic plasma cutting technology.
