The equipment frame is constructed from A3 steel plate with aging treatment, featuring a 3-roller structure (1 upper, 2 lower). The lower rollers utilize a fixed structure while the upper roller employs slider movement adjustment. Three sets of turbine box drives, powered by motors, enable precise upper and lower adjustments. The turbine boxes are connected by linking rods to ensure synchronization across all three sets, while three independent wall plates connected by shafts maintain complete machine parallelism.

The roller shaft diameter measures 110mm, with two sets of molds positioned on left and right sides - one for inner arc and one for outer arc formation. A 15KW main motor drives the system through a ZQ500 reducer, which transmits power to left and right lower shafts via gears with a 10m module. All operations are managed through the electrical console.
