Negative Pressure Customized Dispensing Booth/ Laminar Flow Booth Class A Level

Introduction

Dispensing Booth also know as laminar flow booth, dispensing booth is for the pharmaceutical, microbiological research and scientific experiments and other places dedicated local purification equipment, which provides a vertical unidirectional airflow, some clean air circulation in the work area, partly discharged to the nearby area, so that the work area produce negative pressure to prevent cross contamination in order to ensure the high clean class level of the working area.

Structure

1) Filter: three-stage filtration of primary, middle and high-efficiency HEPA filters, blue jelly gel sealed high-efficiency filters (efficiency: 99.99%~99.999%@0.3μm), which can meet the test requirements of DOP or PAO;

2) Differential pressure gauge: local made or optional

3) Polymer flow film: significantly improve the uniformity of wind speed on the air outlet;

4) Control part: the frequency converter adjusts the wind speed and speed, and the button controls the lighting, power supply and emergency stop;

5) Illumination: The average illuminance on a plane one meter away from the ground in the weighing room is greater than 300Lux,

6) Weighing platform: for placing electronic balance and filling in records (optional)

7) Socket: equipped with waterproof and dustproof socket, grade: IP66. The quantity is configured according to customer needs.
